We offer three courses aimed at preparing you for the PSM I (Professional Scrum Master) Exam:

PSM I Full Course (Two Days) 

It is a non-accredited course but rigorously follows the certification syllabus. It covers everything that a Scrum Master needs to know to excel at the role such as:  Scrum events, values, roles, empiricism, artefacts and the Scrum team. It includes real-life scenarios, quizzes, discussions and exam-prep.

PSM I Crash Course (Half Day)

A fast-paced half-day session designed for those with some Scrum knowledge who want to strengthen their understanding before taking the PSM I exam. Covers the key elements of the Scrum framework through real-world scenarios, interactive discussions, and practice quizzes.

PSM I Exam Prep (One Hour)

A focused, one-hour session designed to sharpen your exam readiness. Includes categorised, exam-style questions, expert guidance on best responses, and proven strategies for maximising your PSM I score.

Our 2-day Agile Foundation course provides a comprehensive introduction to Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. Designed to prepare you for the BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile, the course blends theory with hands-on, scenario-based learning to ensure you understand not just what Agile is, but how to apply it.
