Our 2-day Agile Foundation course provides a comprehensive introduction to Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. Designed to prepare you for the BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile, the course blends theory with hands-on, scenario-based learning to ensure you understand not just what Agile is, but how to apply it.
By the end of this course, you’ll:
